An integrative approach to the study of the total enterprise from the executive management's point of view--the environment in which it operates, the direction management intends to head, management's strategic plan and the task of implementing and executing the chosen strategy. Must be taken no earlier than one semester before graduation and provided completion of Core Area F business courses and MGNT 3600, MKTG 3803, FINC 3511 and ECON 3402. Must have senior standing.

Three exams in this course must be taken in proctored settings. Exam sessions will be offered for free on the Carrollton campus. Students may also use other approved testing sites or Proctor U (these sites and the online proctoring service charge fees paid directly by students who use those services). Additionally, the course requires registration for and participation in an online simulation for which each student pays a registration fee of $45 to the simulation provider. Instructions will be provided in class.
